Tim Kushneryk

Tim has practiced in and around the Greater Vancouver area since his call to the Bar. He has appeared at all levels of court including the Provincial (Small Claims) Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.

Since 2004 Tim’s practice has focused on matters involving vehicle-related fraud and/or personal injury. He has defended cases involving claims of orthopaedic, brain and psychological injury. He has participated in numerous mediations and trials and has extensive experience making submissions to administrative tribunals.

Away from the office Tim has spent time working with various community based programs. He spent a number of years volunteering with the Big Brothers of Greater Vancouver and has recently been focused on the promotion of adult literacy.
